Mr. Marston has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Calypso Technology, since its inception. Prior to founding Calypso, Mr. Marston worked at Infinity Financial Technology, where his roles included President, and Chairman, and at the Bank of America in the trading and capital markets area.
Mr. Bopardikar has been the President of Calypso, since its inception. Prior to founding Calypso, Mr. Bopardikar worked at Infinity Financial Technology, where his roles included Chief Technology Officer and Director of Software Engineering and prior to that at Daisy Systems developing software tools for chip designers. Mr. Bopardikar has a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of South Florida, Tampa.
As the Board’s financial expert, Mr. Codd chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Codd previously served at PeopleSoft, Inc. as CFO, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Secretary. During his 7-year tenure at PeopleSoft, he marshaled PeopleSoft’s successful Initial Public Offering in 1992 and the company grew its annual revenues from $15 million to $1.5 billion. More recently, Mr. Codd was President, CEO and Secretary at spinout software firm Momentum Business Applications, Inc. that was later repurchased by PeopleSoft. Mr. Codd previously held management roles at MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., Wyse Technology and Tandem Computers, Inc. and currently serves as an independent business consultant. Mr. Codd also serves on the Board of Directors of DemandTec, Inc, and two other privately-held technology companies.
Mr. Fanzilli is Calypso's Lead Independent Director. Mr. Fanzilli brings extensive IT experience to Calypso’s board. He was the Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Information Technology at Credit Suisse First Boston, and a member of the Credit Suisse Group IT Executive Board. During his tenure of almost 2 decades at CSFB, Mr. Fanzilli had global responsibility for the bank’s extensive IT resources, managing over 4,000 IT professionals and $1.5B in spending. In addition, Mr. Fanzilli has been a board member involved in a number of notable technology company transactions, including PeopleSoft, through the sale of the company to Oracle in 2004, nLayers, through their sale to EMC in 2006, and Avaya, through their sale to Silverlake/TPG in 2007. Mr. Fanzilli currently serves on the board of directors at Interwoven, where he has previously been Chairman of the Board and is currently Chairman of the Strategy Committee, and CommVault, which led a successful IPO in 2006. Frank also continues to be involved in a number of private software companies, and currently serves on the boards of IT Structures and Correlix, two early-stage software companies. He is also a Venture Advisor to the Venture Capital firms Allegis Capital and FOCUS Ventures, both in Palo Alto. Mr. Fanzilli received a B.S. in Management, Cum Laude, from Fairfield University and an M.B.A in Finance, with Distinction, from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Mr. Sabloff chairs Calypso's Compensation Committee. Mr. Sabloff brings many years of banking expertise to Calypso’s board, having held key executive and board positions in the financial services industry. Mr. Sabloff was Executive Vice President and Head of the International Group at Bank One (now merged with JP Morgan Chase & Co.) where he was responsible for all of Bank One’s non-U.S. customers, the international branch network and global foreign exchange and international treasury and trade finance products. During his 30 year career with First Chicago and Bank One, Mr. Sabloff held a number of leadership roles heading groups such as Syndications and Private Placements and Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Sabloff ran Global Risk Management, which included responsibility for the front office of global derivatives and foreign exchange trading and the back office and systems for capital markets. Currently Mr. Sabloff serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Marquette National Corporation (a holding corporation) and Marquette Bank, and serves as a director of CoBank, Rural America’s Cooperative Bank in Denver. Mr. Sabloff graduated cum laude with a BA in Economics from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Sallaberry chairs Calypso’s Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr Sallaberry is a software industry veteran with a career encompassing the build and operational management of Enterprise-class worldwide sales, marketing, technology and consultative services organizations. As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for VERITAS Software, Mr Sallaberry was responsible for defining strategy, managing operational activity driving revenue in excess of $1.5 billion, and achieving profit goals for the corporation’s global multi-tier sales distribution and professional services operations. Mr. Sallaberry led VERITAS’ worldwide sales organization quota-carry sales capacity from an employee base of 200, to a capacity of 2200+. Prior to VERITAS, Mr. Sallaberry served in the capacity of Senior Vice President of Sales at OpenVision Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of client/server systems software for automated operations, application availability, backup, and network security. Prior to OpenVision, Mr. Sallaberry held a series of positions – including Vice President of Vertical Sales at Oracle Corporation, defining Oracle’s vertical sales strategy, and evolved the organization from an emerging market opportunity to that of a major component of Oracle’s mainstream revenue. Mr. Sallaberry serves on the Board of Directors for Quest Software, Mimosa Systems, GFI, Dorado Software; Board of Trustees for U.C. Davis Foundation; and is a frequent speaker at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Mr. Sallaberry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis.
A 30-year veteran of the technology industry, he is currently a private investor in start-up companies and sits on the board of directors of: Silicon Image Inc.(Nasdaq:SIMG), JDS Uniphase (Nasdaq: JDSU), RF Micro Devices (Nasdaq: RFMD) . Mr. Jabbar and his wife are very active in promoting the cause of education and child development in the San Diego community where they live.
Mr. Jabbar spent more than 16 years at Sun Microsystems before retiring in 2002 when he was serving as Executive Vice president of Global Sales Operations. Prior to heading Sun’s sales organization, he was the president of Sun Microsystems’ Computer Corporation, the multibillion dollar business unit that developed, manufactured and marketed desktop and server computing systems. Mr. Jabbar also served in a number of other capacities within the Sun organization and it’s subsidiaries including Chief Financial Officer of Sun Microsystems Computer Corporation, General Manager, and Vice President of Finance and Planning.
Before joining Sun Microsystems, Mr. Jabbar spent 10 years with Xerox Corporation, in various planning and controllership positions. He worked at IBM Corporation for three years prior to joining Xerox.
Mr. Jabbar received a master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, as well a master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Panjab in Pakistan.
