DeSari Capital Selects Calypso on Sky Road Platform as Strategic Solution for New CDPC Venture
ASF Conference 2008 – Las Vegas, February 4, 2008 – Calypso Technology Inc, a global provider of an integrated trading application suite to the capital markets industry, today announced that DeSari Capital LLC, a newly formed alternative asset manager, has selected the Calypso cross-asset software platform, hosted by Sky Road LLC, as its complete front-to-back office technology solution.
DeSari Capital was seeking a complete technology solution to run the CDPC with quick time-to-market and advanced trading, risk and operational processing capabilities. The Sky Road hosted Calypso software solution offered all the benefits of ASP technology – speed of implementation, scaleable and flexible infrastructure – coupled with the robust, multi-asset, front-to-back Calypso platform. DeSari Capital will benefit from Calypso’s open architecture which enables seamless system integration and the ability for the firm to run future products and asset classes on the system as the vehicle grows. Calypso provides comprehensive front-to-back office support for credit derivative flow, structured and ABS products, in addition to interest rate, fixed income, FX and money market instruments.
