Calypso has developed a well defined product support process flow, a 24x7 web reporting and management mechanism to ensure that all reported customer issues are resolved in an efficient, responsive, and professional manner. In addition to tracking and reporting features, customers can download software and documentation, view a history of calls and access the Calypso bulletin board.
