Calypso Professional Services Organization (PSO)
Calypso invests heavily in support and training to provide the necessary resources for a successful implementation. Our professional services team works with clients to understand the business needs and organizational processes that drive the system implementation. Using our implementation methodology, we work with our clients to tailor a services solution and implementation plan that fits their unique requirements.
Members of the Calypso PSO have been involved in many successful system deployments worldwide. Engaging the Calypso PSO to assist or lead a Calypso implementation project helps ensure its success. With our new pre-configured Calypso Fast-Track, implementation risk, time, and cost are greatly reduced. The organizational goal is to ensure that every Calypso customer is completely satisfied with Calypso’s products and services.
The Calypso PSO is also “third party friendly”. We welcome the opportunity to work with our client’s internal resources and our technology partners on system implementations. We carefully consider a client’s own internal technical capabilities so that they can be included in the implementation project. Knowledge transfer from Calypso product experts to a client’s internal technical resources is a key focal point during an implementation engagement.
