Charles Marston

Founder, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Marston has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Calypso Technology, since its inception. Prior to founding Calypso, Mr. Marston worked at Infinity Financial Technology, where his roles included President, and Chairman, and at the Bank of America in the trading and capital markets area.

Kishore Bopardikar

Founder and President

Mr. Bopardikar has been the President of Calypso, since its inception. Prior to founding Calypso, Mr. Bopardikar worked at Infinity Financial Technology, where his roles included Chief Technology Officer and Director of Software Engineering and prior to that at Daisy Systems developing software tools for chip designers. Mr. Bopardikar has a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of South Florida, Tampa.

Vincent Aubrun

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Aubrun joined Calypso in March 2007 as Chief Technology Officer, with global responsibility for Architecture and Technology for all Calypso products. Prior to Calypso, Mr. Aubrun spent 13 years at Summit Systems (Misys) as Director of Product Development and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Aubrun received his M.S. in Computer Science from NYU’s Courant Institute and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Télécommunications in Paris. He is based in Calypso’s New York office.

Paul Bardavid

Back Office Architect

Mr. Bardavid is Calypso's principal product designer for the back office. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Bardavid worked at Quotient/Summit, initially supporting their derivatives back office product Cmark and later in their consulting practice, where he worked with a variety of clients to install and integrate the Summit back office product into their operations environments. In this capacity, he worked with firms including Crédit Lyonnais, Commerzbank, CDC, Deutsche Bank, and Barclay's, and specified a number of key enhancements that were incorporated in the Summit product line. Mr. Bardavid has a business degree from ESC Lyon where he specialized in finance and accounting.

Jean-Pierre Bitton

Vice President, EMEA

Mr. Bitton is responsible for sales and support operations in Europe. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Bitton was sales manager for France at Infinity Financial Technology. Prior to that he was Senior Sales Executive at Reuters PLC where his product emphasis was trading and risk management software including the Kondor+ line and at IBM where he specialized in managing large accounts. Mr. Bitton holds dual master's degrees from Sorbonne University (international commerce) and ESLSCA (corporate finance and accounting) in Paris. Mr. Bitton speaks fluent French, English and German.

Dutt Chintalapati

Vice President, Americas

Mr. Chintalapati is responsible for sales and support operations in the Americas. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Chintalapati was a Director in the Capital Markets and Financial Risk Management practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he developed strategy to support a variety of financial businesses. Mr. Chintalapati has managed system implementations and processes on a global scale at large financial institutions in the areas of equities, fixed income, commercial lending and project finance both in the U.S. and emerging markets. Mr. Chintalapati has an MBA in Finance and Information systems from the University of Rochester (NY).

Robert Finnell

General Counsel

Mr. Finnell serves as Calypso’s General Counsel handling all legal affairs for the company. He was formerly Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary of PeopleSoft, Inc. As PeopleSoft's first chief legal officer, over a six-year period he created and managed the complete legal support infrastructure as total revenue grew from $40M to $1.5B and total company personnel increased from 250 to over 7,000. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Finnell held national and international counsel roles with Ingres Corporation and The Wollongong Group, both software concerns. Mr. Finnell holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Paul Gardiner

Vice President, Product Management

Mr. Gardiner is responsible for product management at Calypso. Prior to joining Calypso Technology, Mr. Gardiner was at Ajuba Solutions, now part of Interwoven. Prior to that, he spent several years at Infinity Financial Technology in product management and marketing. Mr. Gardiner has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from University College, Dublin and an MBA from Stanford University.

Pieter Hamman

Vice President, Sales

Mr. Hamman joined Calypso in August 2007. He was appointed to the position of Vice President Sales in January 2008 and has global responsibility for leading Calypso's team of sales executives and market specialists. Prior to Calypso, Mr. Hamman spent 27 years in the financial technology industry, including being responsible for Global Sales and Marketing while with CSK Software (Micrognosis). Mr. Hamman received his B. Bus. Sc. in Marketing and Economics from Cape Town University in South Africa. He is based in Calypso’s San Francisco office.

Arnie Papp

Vice President, Asia-Pacific

Mr. Papp is responsible for sales and support operations in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Papp was Vice President of Sales at GlobalSight Corporation. Prior to that he was at Infinity Financial Technology where he started and managed the Asia-Pacific operations and was also responsible for developing and executing overall business strategy in the region. Mr. Papp also worked for several financial institutions including Prudential Securities and Fuji Bank. Mr. Papp has lived a total of twelve years in Japan and speaks fluent Japanese. He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and Masters degree in Japanese Studies from the University of Western Australia.

Gerard Rafie

Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Rafie is responsible for Calypso’s marketing and training activities. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Rafie spent the past 13 years at Murex SA, most recently leading the Business Development organization for the EMEA regions. During his tenure at Murex SA, Mr. Rafie held managerial roles in several functions, which included engineering, support, professional services and product management. Mr. Rafie holds a degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an executive MBA from l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EAP).

Talat Sadiq

SVP Professional Services

Mr. Sadiq is responsible for Calypso’s global professional services organization which provides post-sales services to customers and guides them through the successful implementation of Calypso products. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr Sadiq worked as CIO, and VP of Global Trading systems for Citicorp investment bank. Based in London, he was responsible for the management, development, standardization, and implementation of FX trading systems, worldwide in all dealing rooms. Mr Sadiq also served as VP of Worldwide Field Technical Support and Global Alliances, at SUN Microsystems and led the effort to be a player in the Enterprise solutions space in the early 90’s. Previously, Mr Sadiq was VP at Monchik-Weber, a premier integration and market-data company on Wall Street that was acquired by McGraw- Hill, where he managed the custom development of trading systems for all major brokerage firms and banks. Mr Sadiq brings a strong background in the implementation and support of technology solutions for the Financial Services vertical.

Roland Sapsford

Vice President, London

Mr. Sapsford is responsible for sales and support operations in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and South Africa. Prior to joining Calypso he was a Solution Specialist at IBM in the Risk and Trading Group that specialized in all areas of Risk Management for Investment Banks and Asset Managers. Mr. Sapsford also worked at Merrill Lynch in several roles in the Debt Markets Division and helped established the new operating model for the Merrill Lynch Private Banking Group globally.

Tej Sidhu

Vice President, Engineering

Tej Sidhu is the Vice President of Engineering at Calypso. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Sidhu served as a senior executive with Blue Titan Software. Previously, Mr. Sidhu served as president of Velocigen, an early innovator in the web services software market. He also co-founded Infinity Financial Technology in 1989, which was later acquired by SunGard. Mr. Sidhu holds a master's degree (Sloan Fellow) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrei Zelentsovsky

Vice President, Program Management

Mr. Zelentsovsky is the Vice President of Program Management at Calypso, responsible for institutionalizing internal processes in the company to enable on-time delivery of quality software products to the market. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Zelentsovsky served as Vice President of Product Development at Cognitive Business Technologies, a contract management software start-up. Previously, he was Senior Director at Oracle Corporation and has also held various management and development positions in Silicon Valley companies, including financial software vendors Renaissance Software and Infinity. Mr. Zelentsovsky holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Institute of System Analysis of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
